Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you must have parental/guardian consent to use this site and place an order.

You may not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

Products and descriptions
We sell electric motorcycle / e-dirt bike parts, accessories, lighting, tires, batteries, chargers, and related products for platforms such as Tuttio, Sur-Ron, Talaria, and similar bikes.

We try to display products, prices, and availability accurately. Colors, fitment, and photos can vary. If a listing is wrong, we may correct it and cancel or refuse an order.

Some items are used, refurbished, final sale, or marked “no returns” on the product page. Those product-page terms control for that item.

We do not guarantee that every part is street-legal in your area. Lighting kits, throttle changes, power upgrades, and similar products may be intended for off-road or closed-course use. You are responsible for local laws, registration, insurance, and safe installation.

Compatibility and installation
Fitment notes are a guide, not a guarantee for every year, firmware, or modified bike. Confirm compatibility before ordering and before installing.

Installation, wiring, battery work, and brake work carry risk. If you are not qualified, use a competent mechanic. Damage from incorrect install, poor wiring, overheating, water intrusion, or incompatible parts is your responsibility.

Prices, orders, and payment
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, incorrect, or undeliverable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping
Shipping times and costs are estimates. Delays from carriers, customs, or supplier stock can happen. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, except where law requires otherwise.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns and refunds follow our Return and refund policy. Purchase options (subscriptions, pre-orders, or deferred charges, if offered) follow our Purchase options cancellation policy.

User content
If you post reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content on the site and in marketing. Do not post illegal, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual property
The site, logos, product photos, and written content are owned by VXT Moto or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party tools and links
The site may include third-party tools, apps, payment processors, and links. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Prohibited uses

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VXT Moto and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.

Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless VXT Moto from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of products, or your violation of law.

Governing law
These Terms and any dispute related to the site or an order are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
