Purchase options cancellation policy
This policy covers subscriptions, pre-orders, try-before-you-buy, and other purchase options offered on voltxshop.store. Most VXT Moto products are one-time purchases. If your order is a normal one-time item, this policy does not change our regular return and refund policy.
How to cancel
Email support@voltxshop.com from the address used at checkout and include your order number. If you have a customer account, you can also manage or cancel an active subscription from Account → Subscriptions (or the manage-subscription link in your order / checkout emails).
Subscriptions / recurring orders
If you buy a recurring purchase option, your payment method is charged at the price and frequency shown at checkout until the plan ends or you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the upcoming charge. Canceling does not automatically cancel an order that has already been billed or is already being fulfilled. We do not prorate the current billing period unless the law requires it or we agree in writing.
Pre-orders and deferred / remaining-balance charges
If a product is sold as a pre-order or with a later charge:
- You can request cancellation for a full refund before we start fulfilling or charging any remaining balance, unless the product page says otherwise.
- After production, sourcing, or fulfillment has started, cancellation may be limited and any refund may exclude costs already incurred.
- Once the item ships, the order is no longer a cancellation. Use our return and refund policy instead.
One-time purchases
Standard parts and accessories that are not a purchase option follow our written return and refund policy. Some items (for example certain installed, used, or final-sale parts) may be marked no-return on the product page. That product-page note controls.
Failed payments
If a scheduled charge fails, we may retry the payment method on file and pause or cancel the purchase option if payment cannot be collected.
How we cancel
We may cancel a subscription, pre-order, or other purchase option if a product is discontinued, cannot be fulfilled, or an account is abused. If we cancel before shipment, you will be refunded amounts paid for unfulfilled items.
